LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR DIGITAL PLR WORLD

Welcome to Digital PLR World. By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from Digital PLR World (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the Licensee”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all Private Label Rights (PLR) and Master Resell Rights (MRR) products provided through our store.

1. Definitions

Digital PLR World: The provider of digital products, templates, systems, and educational materials.

PLR (Private Label Rights):
A license allowing you to edit, customize, rebrand, and sell your edited version of the product. You may not pass on PLR rights or distribute editable source files.

MRR (Master Resell Rights):
A license allowing you to rebrand and resell the product, keep 100% of the profit, and pass on MRR rights to your customers. The product must be rebranded before resale.

Licensee:
Any individual or business who purchases or uses a Digital PLR World product.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license according to the rights below.

3. Usage Restrictions

To protect all customers and maintain product integrity, you may not:

Applies to ALL PRODUCTS

  • Sell, share, or distribute editable files (e.g., original Canva templates, Notion files).
  • Use “Digital PLR World” or any original product names when reselling.
  • Give away products for free unless PLR and only your edited version (no editable files).
  • Sell any product in mega-bundles, freebie packs, or large resell libraries.
  • Apply for trademark or copyright ownership of the original product.
  • Mislead customers about the source or original creator.

PLR-Specific Restrictions

  • You may not sell or distribute PLR products on large public marketplaces such as Etsy, Creative Market, or Amazon KDP.
  • You may not transfer PLR rights to your customers.

MRR-Specific Restrictions

  • You must rebrand the product before selling it.
  • You may not sell or distribute the unedited version.
  • You may not offer MRR products for free.
  • You may not use the product in a way that competes directly with Digital PLR World.

4. Quality and Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing and editing the product before reselling.
We do not guarantee income, results, or sales performance. Your success depends on your marketing, niche, and audience.

5. Earnings Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Your individual effort and strategy determine your results.

6. Termination

Violation of this agreement may result in immediate termination of your license. You must remove all affected products from your store, website, or marketing channels upon termination.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update this License Agreement at any time. Continued use of the products after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Liability

Digital PLR World is not liable for losses, claims, damages, or issues arising from your use, modification, or resale of our products.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes must be resolved in UK courts.
